The MVV Awards highlight the top vendors across VendorPM who have gone above and beyond in delivering exceptional service to property managers. 2025 Award Categories:
For 2025, we’re excited to introduce new award categories that recognize excellence on multiple fronts:
- Best Customer Service (highest-rated vendor across all reviews)
- Top 3 Vendors in each service category (e.g., window cleaning, landscaping, maintenance)
- Best US Newcomer
- Best Canadian Newcomer
How to Qualify for the 2025 MVV Awards
Vendors must meet the following eligibility criteria in order to qualify:
- Receive at least 5 ratings or reviews in the past 365 days
- Maintain an average rating of 4.5 stars or higher
- Subscribed to our Vendor Growth plan (Tier 1 or higher) (Formerly Plus or Pro plan)
Tips to Improve Your Chances of Winning
Want to boost your chances of being named a Most Valuable Vendor? Here are some actionable steps:
- Request Reviews: After completing a job, ask your clients to leave a review on your VendorPM profile. The more reviews you receive, the better your chances!
- Leverage the ‘Invites’ Feature: Even if you’ve worked with property managers outside of VendorPM, you can invite them to leave reviews through the platform from https://app.vendorpm.com/settings/invites. This will help you expand your ratings and meet the eligibility criteria.
