• Best Customer Service (highest-rated vendor across all reviews)
• Top 3 Vendors in each service category (e.g., window cleaning, landscaping, maintenance)
• Best US Newcomer
• Best Canadian Newcomer

How to Qualify for the 2025 MVV Awards

Vendors must meet the following eligibility criteria in order to qualify:

• Receive at least 5 ratings or reviews in the past 365 days
• Maintain an average rating of 4.5 stars or higher
• Subscribed to our Vendor Growth plan (Tier 1 or higher) (Formerly Plus or Pro plan)

Tips to Improve Your Chances of Winning

Want to boost your chances of being named a Most Valuable Vendor? Here are some actionable steps:

• Request Reviews: After completing a job, ask your clients to leave a review on your VendorPM profile. The more reviews you receive, the better your chances!
• Leverage the ‘Invites’ Feature: Even if you’ve worked with property managers outside of VendorPM, you can invite them to leave reviews through the platform from https://app.vendorpm.com/settings/invites. This will help you expand your ratings and meet the eligibility criteria.
