Our Story
At the age of 14, VendorPM CEO Emiel Bril started his own window cleaning business by going door-to-door in his Toronto neighborhood. Emiel eventually transitioned into the commercial market, where he would work with property managers across all asset classes.
To Emiel’s surprise, the way that vendors and property managers work together was shockingly manual & inefficient; heavily reliant upon email, excel spreadsheets, and word-of-mouth. For an industry as large as ours, you would assume that technology, efficiency, and innovation are a must. VendorPM is modernizing the way that vendors & property managers work together.
