ESI Elevator Solutions Inc., is an independent elevator consulting company that provides professional services in Canada to the elevator Industry. The President and CEO of ESI is Glenn Zolnierczyk CEI, PMP® with over 35 years of industry experience. He is currently a NAESAI QEI certified elevator inspector (C-3619) and has been in good standing since 2007. Glenn is also a Project Management Professional (PMP® # 1619378) and has been in good standing with the Project Management Institute since June 2013 ESI Elevator Solutions Inc. has been incorporated since 2016 and has provided engineering and consulting services to a wide variety of clients since then. The head office for ESI is located at 2100 – 1055 West Georgia Street in Vancouver, BC. ESI provides third party arm’s-length elevator consulting and engineering services for various clients, including building owners, property managers, architects, institutions, and developers. We have been involved with all aspects of elevating devices projects, including, due diligence and condition assessment reports on existing equipment, maintenance audits, preparing specifications, as well as elevator modernization project management. ESI has been involved in providing services to institutions with many elevators and escalators, including, but not limited to, BC Housing, City of Vancouver, Metro Vancouver, The University of British Columbia and the Fraser Health Authority, and Vancouver Coastal Health. We have experience with residential, academic, commercial, and mixed-use facilities.
